Si sviluppa su una superficie commerciale utile di oltre 40.000 mq. ed è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2018. Oggi sono presenti circa 40 negozi e megastore oltre a bar, ristoranti, caffetterie e fast food.
Calzolari si è occupato di tutti gli arredi esterni fornendo fioriere rettangolari in pietra ricostruita di colore grigio che delimitano i dehor e panchine “Andromeda Connect” dotate di illuminazione led, prese elettriche per ricarica e ripetitori Wi-Fi.
It is spread over a usable commercial area of over 40,000 square meters and was completely renovated in 2018. Today, there are about 40 shops and megastores, as well as bars, restaurants, cafés, and fast-food outlets. Calzolari took care of all the external furnishings providing rectangular planters in gray reconstructed stone that delimit the outdoor seating areas and "Andromeda Connect” benches equipped with LED lighting, electric sockets for charging and Wi-Fi repeaters.
