Treatment of wooden parts
SCANDINAVIAN PINE WOOD vacuum pressure impregnated with non-toxic mineral salts, free from chromium and arsenic-free mineral salts. This treatment grants a permanent protection from fungi, mold and all wood parasites.
THE EXOTIC WOOD is brush painted with water-based oil to a "walnut" shade.
Finishings on single-block benches
ACRYLIC COATING resistant and highly protective against the most aggressive environments:
it PROTECTS THE SURFACES against algae, mildew, fungus and moss and it PREVENTS CARBONATION as it as excellent resistance to carbon dioxide penetration.
Treatment of metal parts
To ensure adequate resistance of metal components to the outdoors, we use SPECIFIC TREATMENTS such as: cataphoresis (protective finish applied through cathodic electroplating), or zinc-based thermosetting epoxy priming.
FOR PAINTING we use thermosetting polyester powder specific for outdoor use.
