Si tratta di un’area di circa 100.000 mq. che connette la stazione RFI con il nuovo Polo Universitario “Enzo Ferrari” e un grande insediamento abitativo nell’immediata periferia urbana.
Il progetto, firmato da MCA (Mario Cucinella Architects) insieme a Paisà Landscape, ha consentito di mettere a dimora 1.900 alberi, quasi 3.000 arbusti e numerose panchine “Andromeda Large”, bicisosta e fontanelle.
This is an area of approximately 100,000 m² connecting the RFI train station with the new 'Enzo Ferrari' University Campus and a large residential area on the immediate urban outskirts. The project, designed by MCA (Mario Cucinella Architects) alongside Paisà Landscape, enabled the planting of 1,900 trees, nearly 3,000 shrubs, and the installation of numerous 'Andromeda Large' benches, bike racks, and drinking fountains.
