The redevelopment of the forecourt and public space behind Milano Domodossola Railway Station — designed by the technical departments of Ferrovie Nord Milano — has redesigned the area with an approach focused on order, visual clarity, and intermodal functionality. While not a monumental project, the revamp has radically transformed the perception of the surrounding urban space.
Calzolari supplied all the street furniture in white reconstructed stone with an anti-graffiti treatment (“Eos” illuminated seating, “Andromeda” planters, and “Lithos” seating), which helps enliven the entire area adjacent to the station and make it more liveable.
