It is a successful example of urban regeneration that has also provided for a complex reclamation of the pre-existing industrial area. The outdoor areas and an area dedicated to a playground saw the inclusion of “Andromeda” benches in natural gray color, recycling litter bins in powder coated steel and bike racks with reconstructed stone ends.
